

Britney-Lee Viviers is a passionate aspiring psychologist whose training is rooted in trauma-informed care, child development, and mindfulness-based practices. She is currently an administrative assistant helping ensure the confidential and compassionate day-to-day operation of Being Well Psychology.
With a deep interest in the field of Psychology, Britney-Lee’s academic journey began at Stellenbosch University following her matriculation in 2018. She completed her BA in Humanities, majoring in Psychology, where she laid a strong foundation in psychological theory, human development, and relational dynamics. She then pursued her Honours degree in Psychology, also at Stellenbosch University, further deepening her academic and clinical insight.
In 2023, she began her Master’s degree in Psychology at Stellenbosch and completed the program in early 2025. She officially graduated in December 2025. Her academic training is complemented by a diverse and growing set of therapeutic tools and certifications.

Eriksonian Clinical Hypnosis
Ego State Therapy
Britney-Lee’s special interests include:
Child and adolescent psychology
Postpartum and maternal mental health
Trauma-informed care and recovery
Despite her journey within the field of Psychology not being over yet, Britney-Lee currently finds great joy in her role as administrative assistant at Being Well Psychology
